Is West Linn a great place to live? According to CNN/Money Magazine, West Linn made the list, in 2011, of "Best Places to Live". And according to me, I say yes as well!
West Linn sits at the junction of two rivers, the Willamette and the Tualatin so it's perfect for swimming, slowly floating on an inner tube, boating, fishing, and paddle boarding. The downtown area, Historic Willamette, offers quaint restaurants and shops, along with a farmer's market and occasionally, dancing in the street! And their summer music concerts can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Homes on the hill bring views of mountains, majestic Mt. Hood being the favorite. The homes in this wonderful city south of Portland have a median price around $580,000.
Temperatures in this area averages a pleasant 77 degrees in the summer. Yes, there is rain but that's why I love this beautiful lush community.
